I am an experienced supply teacher, who is adataple to a range of situations. I have a good understanding of the curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that support and deepens children's learning. I possess excellent skills to build positive and respectful relationships with children and staff. I enjoy working with others to plan, deliver and evaluate learning that provide children with real experiences allowing them to become independent learners who flourish. I enjoy taking on new opportunities for developing my skills and have recently completed my first year ECT training which has continued my professional development within the classroom to provide a dynamic and responsive learning environment.
I undertook a full time teaching role in year 3 through the agency, I planned and delivered engaging lessons that were accordance with the National Curriculum to promote a board and balanced curriculum. I adapted learning appropriate to the needs and knowledge of my pupils. I provided a stimulating and safe environment that allowed learning for all children to flourish. I collaboratively worked with staff to plan, deliver and evaluate learning. I upheld and contributed towards the ethos and learning environment of the school. I engaged with staff meetings that developed the whole school curriculum.
