  • Working in the People Hub within HMP Liverpool and fostering positive relationships between administration and operational staff, through a fast paced and high intensity environment.
  • Coordinating and organising operational staff to attend where they need to be, at the correct times and ensuring all jobs have been carried out. This must be completed ahead of time to ensure the smooth running of the establishment.
  • Finding solutions to staffing issues and unforeseen issues that may arise throughout the work day immediately.
  • Liaising and supporting over 100 hundred operational staff with issues concerning confidential personal information, annual leave, cover, queries and training/ development. This is both over the phone, email and in person.

  • Additional administration tasks such as preparing and attending presentations and meetings, taking minutes, reports, system database updating and informing management.
