At my last occupation, I was in charge of handling invoices and phone calls. Responsible for ensuring that all invoices were in the correct date order and organised efficiently. Additionally, I was also in charge of handling VATs and making sure that all of them were correct. In the phone call section, I was in charge of ensuring that all calling customers were met with satisfactory service and were eager to visit again. I amswered inquiries and assisted in helping them get started with a purchase. I learnt a lot of Customer Service and communication skills in this occupation, and thoroughly enjoyed my time working there.
