
I have a strong customer service background, having worked both in retail and in voluntary positions with the public. I am passionate about literacy, and the promotion of literature, with a particular interest in children's literature. I am confident with digital systems, with iphone and social media literacy. I am skilled at visual merchandising, and am committed to creating safe, inviting and equitable spaces. I have experience in drawing up Risk Assessments am First Aid trained, and have also been trained in Diversity and Lone Working principles. I have Enhanced DBS certification.
- Literacy in digital and social media, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and IOS / Apple software in particular I am adept at using the internet to find resources and information, and assessing the validity and value of sources I am able to use desktop computers, tablets, and other digital devices such as scanners and printers

- Confident communication skills, having performed onstage since I was a child I know the basics of British Sign Language, and can converse in French
