Throughout my time at Sainsbury's I have flexibly worked across multiple customer access points. This job involved handling cash and card transactions along with providing customers with advice on the right products for them including helping them find stock in the stock or even helping them access their needs in other stores. This job also includes ensuring the store is in the correct condition for new promotions and making the store is tidy and accessible for customers. My job also handles company finances in the food department, by verifying the availability of stock - this includes finding stock and adding the money back in if necessary. I have worked on the checkouts and shop floor during peak seasonal trade periods and gave ideal customer service by solving problems customers have faces.
