Grace Bartholomew

Since 2018, I have worked as a full-time teacher in years 2, 3 and 4. As well as the day-to-day responsibilities of a class teacher, such as planning, preparation and assessment for learning, I also have developed skills within the following areas:

• Leadership of History including a curriculum overhaul and an Ofsted deep dive with an outcome of "good"
• Designed interactive, experiential enrichment days for better understanding of history topic and concepts
• Leadership of equality, diversity and inclusivity including the creation of a more diverse reading spine and whole-school subject monitoring
