Summary

I am an open-minded and inquisitive person who enjoys engaging in educational, sports and creative activities.

I am continuously striving to express myself through dance and sport and trying to push my boundaries. I believe in the transformative power of dance and sport in developing creativity, responsibility, critical thinking, respect and social interactions.

I have worked for summer schools for over six years, including being the Activity Manager. My most recent, roles have enabled me to extend and develop my working practices and understanding of Boarding schools’ environment. I also worked at Wellington Boarding School over the holiday periods in the role of houseparent and activity leader; thus was able to gain a good insight and knowledge of the boarding schools' environment. I carried all pastoral duties as well as organized and led multiple activities including rugby, football, tennis, and badminton. I am willing to learn new skills and enjoy working as part of a team as well as on my own. I enjoy passing on my knowledge to younger children and can follow instructions well. I have a caring and compassionate nature.

My degree, as well as my summer jobs, meant that I have extensive experience of working with young people from various backgrounds as well as working in a multinational environment. In my current role, I was able to get an insight into National Boarding Minimum Standards.
