  • After completing my apprenticeship the workplace kept me on and offered me a job. After 18 months I was put toward to work towards being the assistant manager. I am now acting assistant manager and complete duties such as:
  • Opening and locking up the depot
  • Make sure other staff are completing jobs effectively
  • Assist staff and apprentices in completing tasks and courses
  • Assist the manager in their duties
  • Take leadership when the manager is absent
  • After been selected to be assistant manager I was put forward and I am now completing my managers course.
  • I have completed my managers course and now I am currently manager of my own depot.
