I have a very good communication and observation skills as well as how to document . i am an excellent team player who can work with people with diverse backgrounds , empathetic and  compassionate approach in managing individual care patient wholistic care.  i am a fast learner who adopt well  in a new environment. i am very kind and easily approachable and work well with the people i work with. I have learnt to abide by the NMC  codes of professional conduct. i am up to date with my clinical and non clinical trainings which includes online training. i am always ready to embrace changes within the work setting as it helps to improve quality patients care. i also  have the interest in helping  students who come to my ward to do placements.
