Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designed and built Playwright/TypeScript automation framework (POM pattern) for SCB's digital banking platform, automating end-to-end scenarios and API tests against REST services, and validating SQL database records to ensure UI–backend data integrity.
• Integrated SCB automation framework with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
• Implemented API capabilities within UBS Highlander automation framework, enabling on-demand test data generation and integration testing against backend services supporting front-end functionality.

• Built regression safeguards for AI-generated test behaviour, including selector priority chains (#id → unique aria-label → nth-of-type) to guard against LLM-introduced instability in generated locators.
• Collaborated across testing pipeline (JIRA integration → LLM generation → Playwright execution → axe-core scanning) to ensure AI-enabled test automation remained testable, traceable, and aligned with clear evaluation strategies.

• Lloyds Banking Group: Modernization program replacing legacy desktop applications (EDGE and Foundation Desktop) with a unified platform designed to improve outcomes for both agents and customers.
• Scandinavian Airlines: Java-based web platform supporting flight booking and flight tracking for the airline industry, built using Java, AngularJS, PostgreSQL, and NodeJS.
• Westpac Banking Corporation: Teradata-based reporting solution focused on the design and delivery of Cognos business intelligence reports.
• Vitality Health: Replacement of a third-party Notification Engine responsible for generating and dispatching customer insurance documents via post and email.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Held complete ownership of the test lifecycle — requirement analysis, test planning, test execution, defect management, and closure/reporting — across multiple concurrent projects.
• Executed functional, compatibility, BDD automation, database, non-functional (NFT), and security testing, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams throughout.
• Performed UI, API, cross-browser, visual, and accessibility testing, integrating the Axe accessibility engine into automated suites and leveraging WebdriverIO for parallel test execution.
