
Currently I am employed as a Steward/Guide at Duff House, I am a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in customer service industry. I have a proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to details. As a confident team player, I thrive in collaborative settings but am equally adept at working independently. I am keen to learn new things and continuously improve my skill set. Much of my administrative experience comes from my time as a Junior Assistant Manager in a hotel, where I worked closely with managers, the admin team, and the booking team to ensure smooth operations. However, this is not limited to it, as several of my more recent roles also required administrative responsibilities, where I demonstrated adaptability, accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
