• I have a strong history of working with individual's who display challenging behaviours as well as drug and Alcohol misuse also supporting individuals who are at risk of homelessness. I am very passionate about my work also I believe everyone should be treated as an individual and have the correct support in place and the value of worth is more important. And I acknowledge that everyone has the right to be treated equally. And have there thoughts and feelings respected. I have in dept knowledge of a multi agency approach such as Northumbria police, North East ambulance service, Social Services emergency duty teams, also mental health crisis services

I have worked as a nightshift support worker which houses 16 clients 4 of which were refereed in by the NHS which are clients that have been placed in our care after being released from a number of mental health hospitals in Tyne and Wear to get them prepared to move onto there own property's also I was working 2 days per week with the dispersed property's for changing lives visiting clients

Normally working at Changing lives projects within the Tyne and wear area also working with clients within there own owns on a 1-1 or 2-1 support

I worked in various supported housing projects including Changing lives.

And also a number of children's projects as a nightshift worker for North East autism society, which involved looking after 3 teenage children which required 24 hour care with very challenging behaviours

I also worked at forevercare ,Centrepoint, Jigsaw all which involved supporting young people with complex needs who lead chaotic lifestyles most of these young people had issues with substance misuse and some involved with county lines and others and suffered with mental health problems

Through my work at Kibblesworth I supported people with Mental Health conditions, learning disability's, alcohol and drug dependence, epilepsy, Huntington's disease, also multiple sclerosis (MS) and dementia
