Accomplishments

During my volunteer work with the befriending and mentoring programme at Family Friends in London from May 2012 to July 2013, I mentored and supported teenage twins experiencing bullying and social exclusion due to a challenging home situation. By developing strategic action plans, I empowered the twins to become self-sufficient. This support led to their removal from the child protection register for the first time since birth. My efforts were recognized with the "Make a Difference" award from the Mayor of Kensington & Chelsea at the 2014 Volunteering Awards Ceremony for outstanding achievements.
