  • The role required me to ensure all contracts from our social, private development, merchant and supply and fit sectors were properly serviced, maintained, and developed in Scotland
  • This involved kitchen survey visits at tenant level, organising delivery of kitchen programmes to client requirements, meeting with housing associations, house builders and merchants to develop new projects and sales, organising and co coordinating my teams of fitters for new build house projects and generally ensuring superior levels of service management for Scotland
  • My role required me to be able to respond to and fix any problems that occurred throughout our region
  • I steadily progressed in my role form joining Rixonway, been given more and more responsibility for the region
  • I enjoyed a great working relationship with clients and contractors, with many passing these sentiments onto my managers

  • Role required project management of several of the company’s large kitchen contracts with local councils and housing associations, which I was at one point, in charge of a team of up to 6 surveyors
  • The role required an awareness of the complexity of installations with 100% accuracy to ensure no set backs or hold ups on installation, and this is what I encouraged the team to strive towards
  • My role meant I needed to ensure all surveys were carried out without error, and all kitchens were complete and delivered on time to ensure a trouble-free installation
  • I also had to ensure all remedial work was done and completed within the given time frame meaning constant dialogue with the customer and client, and liaising with factory, installers and tenants to solve all problems
  • The role also required report management, which kept all aspects of the survey to installation process clear and updated to all of the clients.
