• Planned and facilitated strategic planning retreat for newly reorganised team of more than 100, including senior leadership.

· Rehabilitated community court offenders through accountability and structured support.

· Developed strong partnerships with community and corporate stakeholders to maximise employment opportunities, including UI/UX training by founders of small startups.

· Investigated allegations of child abuse, presenting findings in Court to support child protection efforts.

· Collaborated with social workers, nursery staff, school teachers, and police to implement safety measures for children.
