I am a chef that has a lot of passion for food and an experimental work environment. Throughout the years this industry instilled in me multiple disciplines such as forecasting and planning, people management skills, quick decision making in underpressure situations. The desire to constantly evolve and the need to the adaptability to change made me skilful in maintaining the workplace creative, safe and positive meanwhile driving the standards high while fostering collaborative working environment.
I have been nominated by my employer Houston and Hakwes to the yearly Chef Manager of The Year Award organised by the the Food Service Cateys in 2024 (the biggest caters event organised in Britain).
The nomination fast-fowarded me into the final stage and I have been honoured with to the second place.
