It launched OneERP project to merge its newly acquired companies under one ERP system
In the Phase-1 of the project 2 companies were in-scope for Plant Maintenance module
SAP system for the delivery is ECC 6.0
PM data objects such as Functional Location, Equipment, Class, Characteristics, Assign Characteristics to Class, Assign Class to Equipment, Material BOM, Task List, Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Notification and Maintenance Orders were in-scope for the data migration
Main activity of the project was data migration
This included Extraction, Validation, Transformation and Loading
Extraction of source data was by the Client
Based on the pre-determined validation rules, validated the Extracted data (based on Accenture owned-tool IDQ – Intelligent Data Quality)
Held series of discussions with client for Field-to-field(F2F) mapping for each of the objects mentioned above
Received approvals for the F2F documents from client
Tested the client provided LSMW for errors / correctness of loading
The F2F mapping was coded in Informatica tool and used for Conversion
All master data were loaded through LSMW and transaction data through BAPI.

The scope of the project included harmonizing existing SAP processes and introducing new SAP processes (including FIORI applications) for India, Mexico and UK plants
Held the position of SAP PM Consultant for the S4SPEED Plant Maintenance Module
Conducted the AS-IS workshops to understand and record pain-points in their existing SAP processes
Analysed and evaluated pain-points for genuineness, value-addition to process improvement
Classified the pain-points to FIT and GAP
Provided a solution to all pain-points (FIT/GAP)
For the FIT ones, tested the solution in SANDBOX and demonstrated it to the client and obtained sign-off
Re-wrote the existing BPDs to reflect the pain-points
Conducted the TO-BE workshop by presenting and explaining the TO-BE BPD’s and received user sign-off on the TO-BE business processes
Introduced new processes in S4HANA as per myConcerto applicability
