In my old workplace i made patio slabs for back and front gardens, I started from 8am and finished at 5pm. I worked alongside my boss who gave me orders from customers of what they needed and can be left to my own devices when told what needs completed which shows I can follow instructions. I have been very punctual, I am hardworking, I have never missed a day of off work whilst here.

As there is not enough /no work currently for me within patio making, I am confident in which I can say I can work well alongside co workers, follow instructions set for me
