  • Radio Station Transformation: I took a hands-on approach as a Radio Manager, elevating our radio station's ranking from 12th to 4th in 2018. I'm proud to say we maintained a top 3 position until 2022.
  • Pioneering Educational Outreach: During the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, I recognized an opportunity to bridge the educational gap. I introduced remote learning via radio, ensuring that teachers retained their jobs and students remained engaged despite the circumstances.
  • Enhancing Sponsor-Child Relationships: At the Irene Gleeson Foundation, I innovated our sponsorship engagement. I introduced personalized communications, like letter writing and sharing photos, which significantly strengthened the bond between sponsors and their sponsored children. This initiative was so successful that several sponsors felt compelled to visit their sponsored children's hometowns in person.
  • Revitalizing Campus Collaboration: As the President of the Technology Students Association, I championed interdisciplinary collaboration. I successfully unified computing and engineering students under one association. Beyond that, I lobbied for better academic resources and managed to secure corporate funding from prominent organizations like MTN Uganda and Vodafone.
