• Successfully collect and analyze information in a partner support case management
• Understand accommodation / property types in the travel industry and the different services and amenities featured
• Make especial decisions within my authority supporting Expedia suppliers, escalate as necessary.
• Investigate and take action to meet Expedia's needs.
• Be very effective in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
