On my free time, I managed to re-arrange the kitchen's dry storages, chemical storage, walk-in fridges and other areas to maximise space, effectiveness and productivity. Achieved a remarkable result.

On a period of 14 days with low-covers I decided to do a deep clean of the main kitchen by starting by myself on my free time and ended up directing 4 kitchen staff members and one maintenance worker and managed to do a fantastic job by deep cleaning the floor, the kitchen equipment, the ceiling, Lights, fridges. The result was spectacular.
Mainly worked as garnish and saucier. sometimes also on the grill.
