  • As a Remediation Unit Support Manager I undertake a valuable role as part of the Operations and Dispute Resolution team which has evolved within the Remediation Unit programme having acquired several governance and coordination requirements to ensure the supporting teams are meeting the requirements of applicants .

  • Ownership of the governance process of case files ensuring the DRP and supporting teams are meeting full audit requirements and management of the quality assurance process to ensure applicable areas are maintaining RU programme standards.
  • RU Operations & Dispute Resolution Director calendar meeting management making sure key stage meeting are communicated, arranged with business stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments for all other Managers.
  • Escalation & Mediation preparation, minute writing compilation and communication.
  • Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation, including venue selection, logistics and attendee management for Managers and applicants when attending Escalation & Mediation meetings.
  • Prioritise workload effectively, optimising time management within the team.
