Classroom teacher responsibilities:

- plan, assess and teach all areas of the primary curriculum
- effectively manage the behaviour of my class
- effectively liaise with parents, governors and colleagues
- most importantly, ensure the safety and protection of all pupils.

Middle Phase Leader responsibilities:

- work with the SLT to lead, motivate, support, challenge and develop all staff within my phase to secure continual improvement across the school

- lead in Performance Management of staff within Middle Phase

- effectively communicate the school's vision and objectives to all staff in Middle Phase
- support the development of attainment and behaviour for learning across Middle Phase and the school
- promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school.

Geography Coordinator:

- continually develop the schoolwide Geography curriculum
- monitor the planning, teaching and assessment of Geography across the school.
