  • Working alongside the training supervisor, it is my duty to assist with inductions for new starters, which can entail communicating with up to 15 different nationalities
  • I train the new starters on company policy and procedure, health and safety level 1 and food hygiene level 2
  • It’s a very interactive role which require a high level of communication, patients, empathy and understanding
  • I also assist with all administrative duties, which include responding to emails and queries
