After 11 years in NZ I have recently moved home to the UK am seeking the next step in my career, looking to build upon my skillset in a challenging new role.   • Worked across multiple product categories both leading and supporting development of strategy, and working with cross functional teams to devise and execute tactical plans.
  • NZ lead for the Australia and New Zealand Monopoly Campaign (2023 & 2024), the highest tactical sales driving window of the calendar, requiring significant stakeholder management and to meet demanding timeframes.
  • Ownership of the McDelivery platform, responsible for development of strategy, budget management and proactively identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with delivery partners, exceeding channel growth target by +3%.
  • Oversaw Happy Meal calendar, driving enhancements that restored positive sales growth.
  • Championed launch of the Lotus Biscoff McFlurry, dessert category's most successful LTO to date.
  • Implemented innovative market first campaign 'Surprize Fries', now adopted by other markets globally.
  • Launched new iced beverages range at McCafé and expanded plant milk offerings to include oat milk.
