I joined Lynx Recruitment in 2021 as a Delivery Consultant within the Software Development team. After a successful first year I hit my promotion target (£120,000 in 6 months) and was promoted to a Senior Delivery Consultant and then to a Senior Account Manager. In this role, I focus solely on one key account who are an Award- Winning Tech Consultancy and own Lynx Recruitment so I am an extension on their internal team – this client have 14,600 employees globally, target 200 hires per year and have a value of $2.26 Billion.
I own end-to-end hiring, including market mapping, sourcing candidates via job boards (Reed, CV Library and Total Jobs), utilising Linkedin Recruiter and sifting applications. I have weekly 1:1 touch points with hiring managers and senior stakeholders and use data to direct these calls and influence changes in hiring criteria / process.

After being made redundant in lockdown due to the pandemic I joined Aviva on a FTC basis as a Claim Administrator. I was part of a team, working remotely dealing with Insurance claims for deceased customers.
My main duties include:
· Customer tracing using an online system (Lexis Nexis)
· Checking back files to determine the documents we hold on file for each customer, from previously paid cases (using 6 in house systems)
· Analysing documents to determine next of kin, executors and beneficiaries
· Completing Performa’s with deceased customers information and third-party information
· Completing letter templates
· Attending weekly/monthly team meetings
· General office admin (emails / spreadsheets)
During my time at Orion, I worked as part of the Manufacturing Team. As a 180 consultant, it was my job to assist the recruitment consultants with resourcing their active roles. This meant I would advertise roles on both job boards and social media (LinkedIn) and call / screen candidates from Broadbean to strip leads and match suitability.
My core KPIS were:
· 100 calls per day / 2-hour duration call time
· 10 new leads per week
· To achieve 12 placements in first 6 months
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all resourcing roles were made redundant. At the time of my release, I had made 4 placements in my first 3 months.
