• Currently employed at Starbucks where I am also qualified as a coffee master after undergoing training
• Within this role I provide and assist customers with my depth of knowledge on coffee regions, brewing methods, flavour profiles etc
• I am a barista trainer for new hires and ensure each member of staff feels comfortable within work
• Being the Partner Voice Advocate for the store, allows me to establish good connections with partners and provide constructive feedback for our store in our monthly meetings.
