• Main duties involve assisting Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) students with learning difficulties of Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Pathological Demand Avoidance, in lessons either in groups of 2/3 or one-to-one.

• Ensuring all SEND students have equal opportunities and freedom to learn with all resources and facilities needed in order to create a positive and progressive educational environment.

• Provide feedback to subject teachers on subject knowledge and level of ability of each student under my supervision.
• Provide a safe and fun learning environment for SEND students and to ensure that school is a positive working environment for every student.
