I'm a motivated individual that has experience in many industries and all of which are relative to customer service, I have an overall hard working and professional attitude to work. An example of this is when a claim was declined after another handler had incorrectly confirmed cover. I took the follow up call I had to go discuss all relevant information with the policy holder and the vets whom had also provided false information. The customer went away overall disappointed due to the circumstances but understood after I had explained.
