Since May last year, I have worked part time at the Bath Tavern during university holiday periods. My responsibilities include:

• Creating an inviting atmosphere through friendly interaction with regular patrons.
• Efficiently preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Securely handling cash and card transactions.
• Managing stock levels to prevent shortages during busy periods.

From the summer after Sixth Form, I worked part time during summer holiday periods at The Workplace. The Workplace is a flexi-space in Cheltenham which offers private offices, meeting rooms, and coworking opportunities. My responsibilities included:

• Onboarding clients.
• Managing online bookings.
• Promoting the business on social media platforms.
• Resource procurement.
• Coordinating work experience placements for secondary school students.

During my second year at university, I worked part time as an English tutor for Caledonia Tutors. My responsibilities included:

• Preparing eight secondary school students for their National Five and Scottish Highers exams (equivalent to GCSEs and A Levels in England.)
• Designing personalised lesson plans for individual students and groups.
• Fostering a love of literature by introducing diverse reading materials beyond the curriculum.

During my first two years at university, I volunteered as the Welfare Officer for the Edinburgh branch of Sexpression UK, a student-led charity dedicated to helping secondary school students make informed decisions about sex and relationships. My responsibilities included:

• Acting as a confidential point of contact for society members experiencing personal challenges.
• Utilising conflict resolution skills to mediate disputes.
• Planning, promoting, and delivering events focused on sexual wellbeing.
