  • During my three years of learning under North Hertfordshire College I had been working for the colleges restaurant called the Meadows, during which I have had to fill the roles of Head Chef, Commis Chef, and Kitchen Assistant. It is where I first picked up and honed my skills such as Teamwork, Knife Skills, Stock Rotation, Cooking and Seasoning and overall working for a restaurant.
  • During the three years I have also been working across from the restaurant for the colleges food hub. Which I did lunch services for students during which I learnt the importance of making food in much larger batches and working as a team and serving out food.
