Keeping fit, running, attending the gym, hill walking, fishing,

From a very young age I have always loved various sports, playing football, running, I have attended the gym since I was 14 years old and now reaching the age of 30 I have maintained this, usually after work presently. This keeps me fit, disciplined in my outlook on life and I enjoy the social interaction of the gym with friends I have met over the years who share the same hobbies. Over the last year I have enjoyed running more and took part in a half marathon in Glasgow last year for charity which I enjoyed thoroughly.

On a more recreational note I enjoy the peacefulness of fishing which we do as a family with my father and brothers, it is good team work and we all play an active part.

From being a teenager I have loved hill walking, with friends and my girlfriend, mainly the Munro's of Scotland.
