Throughout the last few years I have mainly worked in customer service based roles and most recently have began working in the bus industry of which I have a strong passion for. In my current role as a bus driver I feel the passion I have for the industry encourages me to succeed in this role.


I feel I have developed great customer service skills over the past few years, in which I have learned to be able to negotiate in a manner that keeps customers happy to ensure they have a pleasant experience and leave feeling satisfied.


I also have good IT skills, after working in an office based environment I have learned to quickly adapt to using different software platforms quickly.
