- One of my roles at Arthog Outreach was cleaning the equipment, such as harnesses, helmets, kayaks, canoes, and many more safety and important equipment.
- Another role I played was taking care and responsibility for the young children whom we took climbing and on expeditions such as canoeing, bushcraft, and water sports. My role in taking care of these children consisted of belaying when climbing, teaching and demonstrating skills in bushcraft and survival, and keeping everyone safe and secure at all times.
- I also prepared meals and drinks for other staff members, and children.
All round, my short experience at the outreach centre was amazing, and I loved the experience of having a large amount of responsibility.
