I worked for PCT Coaching specialising as their goalkeeper coach where I took 1 to 1 sessions with a mixed range of ages and abilities. I got to understand each individuals abilities so I could put into place suitable training and activities to help them improve their skills and performance whilst also keeping the sessions fun and interactive.
