Accomplishments

Green Belt in Sun Sigma (6 Sigma)

Requested to review a Customer identified loss of £350,000 against lost Hard Drive through the supplier DOA/Defective returns process. I identified the process flaw within the Customers process.

Supported a Stock Count within our Netherland plant were our Customer calculated a value of £250,000 is lost stock. Working with the Customer on their Stock Manager system along with the data provided by our system it was established that the Customer owned us monies.

Identified the flaw with the Beyond Economical Repair process that was resulting in lost of 15000 units the year before.

Identified the flaw in the Customer Yearly Stock Check Process that resulted in a £50,000 loss pay out the previous year.

Identified 3 individuals and trained them in the process of perpetual Cycle Counting and created the required spreadsheet to support the output of the two application that had the ability to adjust remaining daily counts not completed due to holidays, absence and unexpected closure due to weather events.
