• Operate my own power tools, machinery, equipment and the necessary PPE to safely cut and fit materials.
• Maintained safe and clean working environment for compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
• Worked under time constraints to ensure work to be completed for the following trades, or for jobs to be finished to the required timeline.
• Carried out house renovations, house and loft extensions, private new builds and refurbishments.
• Followed project specifications to complete all elements of 1st fix carpentry including structural work. These tasks include; posi joist installation, cut and pitch roofs, structural studwork and regular, door linings, fascia and soffit cladding.

- 2nd fix work such as hanging doors, skirting and architrave, laying flooring, stair handrail and spindles, boxing and panelling.

• Worked closely with customers, site managers, fellow trades and clients to ensure all their needs are met to complete work efficiently and to their satisfaction.

• Worked on a number of domestic projects, liaising with customers to understand their wants and carrying out work til their needs are met.
• Working safely and tidily within customers houses
• Once Covid restrictions were lifted, I installed a number of Acrylic Perspex hygiene screens in Christ Church University and The Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.
• Whilst working in The Marlowe I also recreated the main ticketing desk and completely redecorated the main bar following heavy water damage.

• Worked fast under tight time limits to meet delivery times
• Adhered to safety regulations for consistent compliance with UK requirements.
• Operated hand tools, power tools and plant machinery to shape joinery components to required sizes for an array of joinery products.
• Assembled bespoke traditional joinery products in accordance to CAD drawings specifically for each job number,
• These products included; casement and box frame windows, internal and external doors, gates, staircases and units.
• Worked with a number of materials including soft woods, hardwoods and sheets materials.
