I am responsible for personally developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of end-to-end products, which encompass the following:

• In Play Sports betting integrations: I successfully implemented integrations for Cricket, Esports and Kabaddi that generated net revenue exceeding £3 million in its inaugural year since launch. I managed to complete these integrations swiftly and autonomously without assistance from the official integrations teams, due to their resource constraints.
• I have created visually captivating customer insights dashboards capable of handling billions of rows of data. These dashboards receive an impressive monthly average of over 13,000 views from numerous teams (100+ users). Using this dashboard, our agents can gain visually summarized insights into a customer behavior and activity within seconds. This streamlined process facilitates efficient analysis and empowers our team to extract valuable information effortlessly.
• Near real-time sports bet reporting dashboards: I have developed a robust reporting system that provides sports traders with timely and accurate information. This system garners approximately 5,000 monthly views and services around 50 users.
• Ongoing development and innovation: I am continuously engaged in the development of new integrations and the generation of innovative ideas to enhance our product offerings.
• I engage in ad hoc analysis and provide training to junior employees in the Analytics and Insights as well as Data Science teams.

In summary, my role encompasses the creation, management, and enhancement of a diverse range of products, showcasing my ability to deliver tangible results, overcome challenges, and drive continuous improvement in the realm of sports betting and data integration.

As the creator of our Customer Interaction Models and its related processes, which play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with Gambling Commissions worldwide, I continued my role to enhance and improve this product and its vision. These models operate in near real time, meticulously monitoring various aspects of customer behavior. They promptly identify any suspicious activities, either raising a flag for manual review or triggering automated communications to customers in real time.
