
During my 21 years’ service at Land Rover Wakefield, I have gained a vast amount of experience and Knowledge. I am extremely organised and able to manage my own time effectively. I have gained confidence and can communicate with people at all levels few different channels, which can involve dealing with difficult situations and challenging personalities. I am flexible in my approach to work which enables me to adapt to varying situations and prioritise appropriately. While working as a Sales Administrator I work with personal customer records on a daily basis and I have a full understanding of keeping these secure and adhering to the GDPR. As part of my role I process the ordering of New cars for customers. I receive the information from the sales Team, Complete the order via our computer database and upload al the car details onto our spreadsheet. Working as part of a team, it is my responsibility to regularly monitor and update any key information regarding the delivery of the stock as it is used by multiple people in the dealership. The sales team meet weekly to discuss stock levels and customer deliveries for the forth coming week, we also discuss any problems that arise and create an action plan to keep stock flowing. There are a couple of times a year where my workload increases scientifically and needs completing to strict deadlines in order to deliver the customers orders. I constantly asses my day, reprioritise my workload and delegate work where needed to ensure the customer receives their delivery on time. To complete my work in a timely manner, I must communicate with staff at all levels to ensure all the information I am dealing with is accurate and up to date. I am a mum of 2 children, ages 9 and 12. I am a motivated individual who is a quick learner. I am willing to undertake any additional courses or training necessary that will help me fulfil my role.
