I currently work for the PDSA and have done so for the past 18 years. I have a great passion for the Charity, the cause and all the people involved.

I began my career managing the Leeds Headingly store for two years, then re locating to the Broomhill, Sheffield branch.

I have a proven track record of delivering Income and Sales through KPI's, Leadership and building amazing Volunteer Teams along side Customer service and Donor relationships.

I was offered the position of Cluster Manager in 2021, which involves managing 7 or more stores across the Sheffield, Nottingham and Lincolnshire area.

My role is to lead my own store team and support and coach a cluster of shop managers, I use my initiative to deliver sales growth and achieve KPI's through operational excellence.

I have the ability to interpret financial reports and develop action plans to positively influence performance. Developing individuals and Teams through effective leadership to bring the PDSA values to life.
