  • Manage all Finance & Insurance and Compliance for all customers within at Mid Ulster Cars Toyota, TJ Hamilton Volkswagen, TJ Hamilton Approved and Northern View Caravans.
  • Ensure all customers are treated fairly and offered all eligible products to meet their needs..
  • Ensure all sales executives within each franchise are FCA compliant and follow correct sales process with each and every customer ensuring correct process is followed.
  • Report weekly directly to Business Owners, Dealer Principal and Sales Manager with KPI’s on each franchise and individual Sales Executive performance.
  • Work closely with marketing department and keep all our finance offers up to date on each web platforms and target correct areas with high social media presence. ensuring all adverts are compliant
  • Reporting daily to each sales team to keep them up to date on their own performance and highlight training in certain areas if needed to help them increase sales and F & I and sales performance.

· Ensure each franchise renewal process is being managed correctly on a daily basis through Toyota ‘OnebyOne’ & VW ‘KeytoKey’ ensuring prospect calls are recorded and done correctly.

· Work closely with our manufacturer lenders TFS, VWFS and other independent lenders also.

  • Hired exceptional candidates and effectively led staff to maximise productivity and eliminate process lags.

  • Manage all finance & Insurance for 10 out of 12 Franchises across Donnelly & Taggart Site – Nissan, VW, VW Commercial, Fiat, Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Honda, Renault, Dacia and Used Car Motorstore.
  • Ensure all franchises are maximising every profit opportunity, Sales teams are referring all customers to Business Manager at every opportunity.
  • Generate F & I profit reports and deliver to all Sale Managers and Dealer Principal for each Franchise.
  • Building relationships and working closely with all franchise lenders and other Independent lenders such as NIIB, Close Brothers Finance, Santander & Mann Island Finance.
  • Creation of quotes and finance proposals for customers, negotiating and closing sales.
  • Ensure Sale Executives carry out all responsibilities under FCA regulations, when dealing with all retail customers and all paperwork is correct.
  • Dealing with customer objections regarding Finance and Insurance demands and needs with customers for relevant products
  • Responsible for implementing procedures that ensures all volume and unit targets are achieved for each respective franchise.
  • Carry out coaching / training sessions for sales executives who I feel need extra training regarding speaking to customers about finance.
  • Make sure relevant staff are FCA compliant, making sure SAF and other relevant tests are completed each year. Carry out audits regularly in each franchise to ensure all paperwork is correct and compliant.
