Some of these ways are when we have a new team starting we use subject matter experts, i have been lucky to become one of these. i have also had to deal with escalations and have become a complaints helper for my team. as part of this role i have also been given the task recently of doing one of our team's coaching.
when working at concentrix i have also had the opportunity to work in mobile billing with EE, this was a slightly different role because i was mainly using billing systems, these were new to me as this was my first introduction to working in a call centre, and also being in a customer facing role.
