• Set up, run and troubleshoot twin-screw extrusion lines including die assembly, vacuum systems, water baths, haul-off, saw and socketing machinery
• Mix and prepare materials for extrusion, ensuring correct quantities and quality
• Conduct quality checks on pipe products to meet standards
• Support the process engineer with documentation, process adjustments and data recording
• Operate forklifts and manage yard organisation
• Identify and resolve production issues safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to maintain high output

Outside work as a part time hobby, I am involved in motorcycle racing, supporting two riders at national road races and preparing bikes for race weekends. This includes mechanical setup, troubleshooting and performance optimisation. I also maintain and work on my own motorcycles, which has strengthened my hands-on mechanical ability and deepened my passion for engineering.
