Providing support to Motherson's Group of overseas companies, including SMP (Samvardhana Motherson Peguform) based in US, Germany & Mexico, SMIA (Samvardhana Motherson Innovative Autosystem) based in Germany, and SMRC (Samvardhana Motherson Reydel Companies) based in France, Slovakia & Croatia.

Working with both S/4 HANA and ECC systems.

• Supporting S/4 HANA implementation in Motherson's SMIA (Germany) and SMP (US, Germany & Mexico).
• New plants rollout, one for the Serbia location and one for the Mexico location.
• Ticket monitoring and resolving within SLA using IT-Service Desk application.
• Communicate with the technical team for customization or development.
• Maintaining documentation of the system configuration, processes, and procedures.
• Initiation of testing, root cause investigation, and configuration adjustments for all new CRs.

Project (1): Onsite post go-live support in Choudhary Groups (CG) Nepal's Largest Business Corporate House.

• Providing post Go-live support to client for smoothing working in the SAP system.
• Assisting end-users to help them navigate the system or in any issues, and optimize their use of the system.

Project (2): SAP S4 HANA end-to-end Implementation in a Haridware, India based pharmacy company

• Detail discussion with client/business to preparation of AS-IS TO-BE documents.
• Creation of KDS, BPML and WRICEF as per the requirement of client.
• Baseline configuration & business process designing/mapping and testing. Baseline demonstration, user training and preparation of user manual.
• Mater data template preparation, explanation and data upload via LSMW. Quality testing and integration testing.
• Cut over Data Activities & Go Live.

Project (3): SAP S4 HANA end-to-end implementation in an edible oil company based in Agra, India.
Deployed Location: Agra (client site).

• Defining & assignment of MM Organization Structure in the System
• Creation of Material Masters, Vendor Masters and assigning Material Types, Account Group with Number range and uploading master data in the system via LSMW.
• Baseline configuration, business process mapping in the system & testing Business process demonstration & user training
• Creation of purchasing documents for PO Doc Type, PR Doc Type, RFQ and assignment with number range.
• IMG setting for version, industry sectors, partner functions, creating purchasing groups, no. ranges for info records, RFQ, P.O, Contract, etc.
• Setup release strategy procedures for purchasing documents. Define release conditions, pre-requisites, codes, indicators, and strategies.
• Service category creation and number range assignment for service entry sheets. Final preparation and cut over data activities

• Established the distributor network by developing new potentials vendors
