  • Working as a key member of a busy performance focused Team covering all areas in a busy office environment.
  • Housing more than 60 professionals covering Customer Service, Retentions / Sales , Correspondence, Billing, 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support then 3rd line support, progression to provisioning consultant/complaints
  • To resolve customer complaints, when the installation of their services has failed or a fault has occurred.
  • Supporting colleagues in opening new customer accounts, upgrading existing accounts as well as demonstrating 1st ,2nd and 3rd line Technical Support.
  • Responding to Technical Support based emails from customers querying a fault with their services.

  • Ensure that all provisioning issues are resolved within the companies SLA and working within set KPI’s.

In my spare time I enjoy social gaming., I also have a keen interest in the building and repairing of PC’s., For the past 25 years I have practiced the Martial Art of Jeet Kune Do achieving instructor level, which has given me focus and dedication as well as being a great way to socialise and meet new people.
