  • Produced accurate and consistent IT documentation and version control systems. Oversaw inventory and diagrams of office infrastructure.
  • Analyzed errors and enacted modifications of local infrastructure quickly and effectively within the UK, Polish, and Czech Republic areas of Northern Europe based on alerts provided by the company helpdesk tool. This includes ping failures, high CPU, excessive memory usage, and network outages.
  • Deployed non-compliant critical and security patches in the vSphere environment to enable continued stability of the virtual platform.
  • Upgraded memory and increased CPU allocation on Vmware virtual machines based on resources available on the ESXi host. Coordinated with cluster manager in the upgrade of ESXi host version 6.7 to 7.03 outside of normal operational hours.
  • Analyzed the status of wireless access points, core, and access switches within the local topology on the Cisco Meraki web interface and enforced any corrections both in person and remotely.
  • Deployed Cisco Meraki switches at sites in the UK and Denmark. Supported and effectively completed new installations of SFP ports and fibre cabling in the UK improving performance.
