Summary

Strategic people and organisational development leader with 27 years’ experience identifying, developing and retaining talent, building leadership capability and leading complex organisational change. Extensive expertise in talent development, coaching, mentoring, professional learning and building sustainable talent pipelines, supported by a strong track record of using evidence and performance data to identify priorities and measure impact.

Experienced in working with senior leaders, universities, government bodies and external partners to deliver organisation-wide development programmes and strategic improvement. As a senior leader, Specialist Leader of Education, NPQ and ECT facilitator and school-led ITT lead, I have recruited and developed future teachers and leaders, with over a quarter of my current workforce recruited through the ITT programme.

I bring a people-centred, evidence-informed approach to developing high-performing teams and creating cultures where individuals can thrive, grow and perform at their best. I am now seeking to apply this experience to strategic talent, workforce and learning leadership within a broader organisational environment.
