I am very fitness orientated and regularly play football. I also enjoy running and going to the gym, along with socialising with friends and family. Being away with the Army Reserve was an enjoyable part of my life, as I enjoyed training and sharing my knowledge and experience with other soldiers as well as further developing my own personal career. This has also allowed me to gain some valuable life experience, giving me the knowledge and confidence to approach, coach and develop others in difficult/challenging circumstances.
