* Fabrictor/ Joiner, at the moment im currently working making door frames, hanging doors, preping doors, gearing doors and glazing sidelights.

* ASEMBLING DOOR FRAMES: this is done by collecting the door frames from the machine, bringing it to a bench, reading specific plans for that house r site on what trims and kick sills r needed, setting the door frame to the exact size shown on the plans, cutting the sills to size and mounting square, then fitting door latches to the frames.

PREPPING/ GEARING DOORS. This consists of reading plans to see what type of handles, locks, letter boxes orextras needed for that door.

HANGING DOORS: This is done when i collect a door from prep, first i read through the plans to see what all is needed, then sand down door to a smooth finish, cut and fit drip rail to bottom of door, measure, postion and fit door number. after this i fit hinges etc, check the door is sitting perfect and square.

GLAZING/SIDE LIGHTS: Cutting slips on cutting machine to fit round the glass, reading plans to collect the right glass needed. then drop glass into side light and slips fitted.

• Full-time Grade 2 Operator, processing orders for delivery.
• scanning kits picked for me by pickers, working on computers to type up the air way bills, weighing kits to be placed in iced pods for delivery.
• Completing invoices for each company and order.
• Quailty checks each order oders before packing up

• Operated production line machinery with precision, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Fitting parts and engines to Screeners & Crushers, working overhead cranes, working with power tools etc, building motors for the screeners

• Operated heavy machinery, running the manufacturing machines.

• Aircraft seating builder, I was in monos for 3 months where I made the shells of the seats them moved to Final Assembly Line where I put plastics, phones, monitors back shells. building the seat up from a shell to the finished product you see on an aircraft. using power tools etc while reading off plans. Constantly working to a high standard of excellence.

• In this job i have experience in running carpet macking machines, creeling, reclaim, beaming, fork lift truck which i also hold a licence for and tufting machines.
• I am also fully trained in first aid and a fire Marshall.
• Extensive Warehouse experience.
