I have served in the Royal Australian Navy for the last 20 years in which I achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer. During this time, I have had a distinguished career which has given me experience in a number of fields. I have managed a department of 45 Sailors, all of whom reported directly to myself. I have delivered Leadership training to prospective future Chief Petty Officers as part of their promotion requirements. In my most recent role, I managed the movements and postings of over 500 Combat System Sailors. This was a key position as without it, Navy capability could not be met. I am highly professional and motivated. I possess outstanding leadership qualities which I have been commended for on numerous occasions. I conduct myself with the upmost of pride and professionalism and I exemplify high fitness and interpersonal skills. Since separating from the Navy, I have gained my HGV C+E licence and seeking to start a new career as a HGV driver.
